Could the console be banned?
Every console connects to the eShop and an online game before it ships, so a banned unit doesn't reach you. If yours still shows error 2124-4508 or 2124-4007 within 30 days of delivery, and it wasn't caused by anything done after delivery, we refund you in full.
How does the $20 first-order discount work?
Code GREENLIGHT20 takes $20 off your first order, one use per customer, through Oct 31, 2026, 11:59 PM PT. It's applied for you at checkout. If it doesn't show, type it in. Free shipping still applies.
Where's the game download code from the bundle box?
It isn't included. Download codes in bundle boxes are almost always redeemed by the first owner. That's why our game options come with a physical cartridge instead.
Has the previous owner's account been removed?
Yes. We sign out and remove the previous Nintendo Account and reset the console to factory settings. We do this after the online test, so the test can't be skipped.
What does "Used" mean for condition?
Fully working and complete in the original box, with light signs of use, such as faint scuffs on the shell, Joy-Con or dock. No cracks, no dead pixels, no screen scratches visible with the display on, and no battery swelling.
Does it come with Nintendo's warranty?
No. Nintendo's warranty needs the original proof of purchase. You get our own 6-month Limited Warranty instead, covering the console, Joy-Con 2 (including stick drift), dock and cables.
Is Nintendo Switch Online included?
No. A Nintendo Switch Online membership isn't included. You can buy one on the console or at nintendo.com with your own Nintendo Account.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
For the best chance, order by Dec 4. Orders ship within 5–8 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after that. We can't guarantee carrier timing in December.
Can I return it if it's a gift?
Yes. Orders placed Oct 8 – Dec 1, 2026 can be returned through Jan 15, 2027, or within 30 days of delivery if that's later. Return shipping is on us.
Where do you ship?
Free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C., including PO Boxes. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
