These Terms of Service apply to your use of greenlightconsoles.com and any purchase you make from Green Light Consoles ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Green Light Consoles is an independent retailer of used Nintendo Switch 2 consoles. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nintendo. Nintendo Switch 2, Joy-Con, Mario Kart, Pokémon and related names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we sell. Product photos are manufacturer images of the model, not of the individual unit you receive.

2. Products and condition

Our consoles are sold Used, as described on the product page. Each unit is tested before shipping. Game options include a physical game cartridge; the original bundle's download code and any online membership that came with it are not included.

3. Prices, offers and errors

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Where we compare our price to a new console, the comparison refers to the manufacturer's current retail price for a new unit, not to a former price of ours. Offers such as first-order discount codes apply only as stated, including any one-per-customer limit and end date. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, the shipping address is outside our shipping area, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, returns and warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and 6-Month Limited Warranty, which form part of these terms. Our warranty is provided by Green Light Consoles, not by Nintendo.

6. Nintendo Account and online services

Online services such as the eShop and Nintendo Switch Online are provided by Nintendo under its own terms. You are responsible for your Nintendo Account and for how the console is used after delivery. Our Online Guarantee in the Refund Policy covers ban errors that appear within 30 days of delivery and were not caused by activity after delivery.

7. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Site content, text and graphics that belong to us may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
