A used Nintendo Switch 2, complete in its original box, tested online before it leaves us. Every console connects to the eShop and Nintendo Switch Online during our check, so you are not buying a mystery unit.

The game options come with a physical cartridge. The download code that came in the original bundle box is not included, because it is almost always redeemed by the first owner.

Condition: Used

Fully working and complete in the original box. Expect light signs of use, such as faint scuffs on the shell, Joy-Con or dock. No cracks, no dead pixels, no screen scratches visible with the display on, and no battery swelling. Any unit below this standard goes back to our supplier and is never sold.

Our 8-point check

  1. Serial number recorded and matched to the box; console, Joy-Con and box photographed.
  2. Online test: connects to the eShop and opens an online game with no ban error.
  3. Joy-Con 2: stick calibration in System Settings plus a full rotation in a 3D game; attach and release from the console.
  4. Screen: dead pixels, color tint and touch response in all four corners.
  5. Battery and back panel: flat back panel, charges fully, 30 minutes of handheld play.
  6. Dock: HDMI video out to a TV and charging while docked.
  7. Game card slot and microSD Express slot: reads a cartridge and detects a card.
  8. Previous owner's Nintendo Account removed and console reset to factory settings before packing.

Online guarantee

If your console shows a ban error (2124-4508 or 2124-4007) within 30 days of delivery, and it was not caused by anything done after delivery, we refund you in full.

  • 30-day returns with a full refund. We cover return shipping. Orders placed Oct 8 – Dec 1, 2026 can be returned through Jan 15, 2027.
  • Free shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders ship within 5–8 business days; delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping.
